Ballet is one of the most demanding but also one of the most enjoyable dance forms ever created, providing benefits such as good posture, discipline and confidence building. We run Royal Academy of Dance Graded and Vocational classes encouraging the joy of movement in children from 3 years of age. We offer annual outings to the Royal Opera House, hold workshops and other dance related events.
Adult Ballet Tuesdays 8-9pm. Whether starting from scratch or dusting off ballet shoes from your childhood, ballet is an excellent way to tone the body and get fit whilst having fun, contact us for further information.
